eTail Palm Springs is coming back to the the JW Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Springs, California from February 24-27. With a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing, this retail event will feature a variety of speakers and educational sessions discussing the latest trends in e-commerce.
For the first time, this year, eTail Palm Springs will offer a Customer Loyalty Summit with an AI-focused track, a Regulated Industries Track for e-commerce professionals in alcohol and cannabis, a Retail Media Track and a personal development workshop on growing your e-commerce career, according to the company. One of the keynote presentations will share takeaways from the latest WBR, “Future of Retail Research Report.”
What to Expect at eTail Palm Springs 2025
The list of speakers for eTail Palm Springs 2025 includes over 250 e-commerce experts from brands that include Allbirds, Bloomingdale’s, Columbia, DICK’S, DSW, Estee Lauder, Everlane, Fabletics, Fossil, H&M, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Skechers, SKIMS, The North Face, Zenni and more.
“eTail is for retailers and brands that are committed to world-class e-commerce practices,” said Kristin Schoenstein, eTail chief of staff, in a news release. “Retailers tell us that this experience is unique in that they learn from the best in retail, brand and technology and immediately put the new ideas they gain here into action.”
In addition to educational sessions and discussions, eTail Palm Springs allows attendees to connect with industry peers through “Women in R(eTail)” and “C Suite Retreat” boardrooms, according to the company. New this year, there will be two additional networking opportunities called “Meet Your eTail Crew” and “eTail Newbies.” These are all structured to foster deep connections and off-the-record conversations with peers, in addition to “Cheers with Peers” beverage tastings, “Retailer Masterminds” and eTail’s evening receptions.
