Celebrating its 25th anniversary, eTail Palm Springs will take place February 26th through February 29th in Palm Springs, CA. The e-commerce and digital marketing event will feature over 200 speakers discussing the omnichannel customer experience, use cases for AI, sustainability and more.

“Attendees can expect one of our most exciting and jam-packed years yet as we bring together over 2,000 retail industry leaders for our 25th-anniversary celebration,” says Kristin Schoenstein, Co-producer of eTail West.

“From strategic and inspirational fireside chats to tactical case studies, attendees can expect to find answers to their most pressing questions. Outside of the content, there will be numerous opportunities to network and engage with retailers, brands, and solution providers during our networking breaks and receptions,” she continued.

eTail Networking Sessions

On top of the different speaker discussions, eTail Palm Springs also offers unique experiences. Attendees can participate in focused discussion groups that include the “Women in Retail” panel, the exclusive “C Suite Retreat” boardroom and “Cocktails & Conversations” to chat with other retailers within a specific revenue group, according to the company.

“Women in (R)eTail is back this year and is one of our most popular events,” Schoenstein notes. “We are also bringing back our Retailer only C-Suite Retreat for our most senior level executives. And, of course, eTail wouldn’t be eTail without our famous parties, so we have plenty of those planned throughout the event.”

These are all structured to foster deep connections and off-the-record conversations with peers, in addition to “Cheers with Peers” beverage tastings, “Retailer Hang Outs” and evening receptions.

“For 25 years, eTail has brought the retail community together to share ideas and network,” Schoenstein says. “This is an event that retailers trust to bring them the information they need to do their jobs better. The sessions are designed to bring attendees practical takeaways that they can apply as soon as they return to the office.”
